The Australian Traditional-Medicine Society (ATMS) is Australia's largest professional association of complementary medicine practitioners, representing about 65% of the total complementary medicine profession. ATMS was founded in 1984 and is an incorporated non-profit company with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ABN 46 002 844 233). As at mid-December 2003, ATMS had 9,909 financial members.
